Product Descripition
This product is a specialized 2X pre-mix designed for qPCR reactions using an improved SYBR Green Ⅰ hybridization fluorescence method. It contains antibody-modified, heat-activated Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, a specially optimized buffer, along with unique PCR-enhancing factors and a refined hybrid fluorescent dye. Featuring high specificity, exceptional detection sensitivity, robust fluorescence signals, and rapid reaction kinetics, this product is ideal for quantitative PCR assays targeting amplicons of varying lengths, GC content, and secondary structures. Additionally, it delivers reliable standard curves across a broad quantification range, enabling accurate and precise quantification of target genes with excellent repeatability and high credibility. The product is fully compatible with fast reaction protocols—amplifying products up to 200 bp can even utilize a rapid 10-second extension step, significantly cutting down reaction time while maintaining strong fluorescence intensity. To perform the experiment, simply add your reaction template, primers, and sterile water, making it incredibly convenient to use.

Our product features a specially optimized PCR reaction system that delivers excellent quantification accuracy and stronger fluorescence signals, ensuring robust amplification even for low-abundance templates.


Superior stability
Place the uGreener Fast qPCR 2X Mix at 37°C for an accelerated experiment, using Gene A and Gene B as templates. After 24 hours and 72 hours, perform the experiments separately and compare them with the control group.
