This product is a specialized 2X pre-mix designed for qPCR reactions using an improved SYBR Green Ⅰ-based chimeric fluorescence method. It contains antibody-modified, heat-activated Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, a specially optimized buffer, unique PCR-enhancing factors, and a refined chimeric fluorescent dye. Featuring high specificity, exceptional detection sensitivity, robust fluorescence signals, and rapid reaction kinetics, this product is ideal for quantitative PCR assays targeting amplicons of varying lengths, GC content, and secondary structures. Additionally, it delivers reliable standard curves across a wide dynamic range, enabling accurate quantification and precise detection of target genes with outstanding repeatability and high credibility. The product is fully compatible with fast reaction protocols—amplification products up to 200 bp can even utilize a streamlined 10-second extension step, significantly reducing overall reaction time while maintaining strong fluorescence intensity. To perform experiments, simply add your reaction template, primers, and sterile water, making the process incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Furthermore, this product includes ROX Reference Dye, which ensures compatibility with all types of PCR instruments—eliminating the need to manually adjust ROX concentrations when switching between machines. The reagent itself has a subtle light-blue color, making it easy to track sample addition progress during high-throughput operations.

Experimental Case

Lower Ct values correspond to higher fluorescence intensity.

After 10-fold serial dilutions of both Gene A and Gene B, amplification was performed, and our company's uGreener Fast qPCR 2X Mix (ROX plus) was compared with products from Company V and Company T. Our company's specially optimized PCR reaction system delivers excellent quantification accuracy and significantly higher fluorescence signals, ensuring robust amplification even for templates present at low abundance.

Superior stability

Place the uGreener Fast qPCR 2X Mix (ROX Plus) at 37°C for an accelerated experiment. Using genes A and B as templates, perform the experiment at 24 hours and 72 hours, then compare the results with those from the control group.
