This product is a specialized pre-mix designed for qPCR detection using the probe-based method. It features antibody-modified, heat-activated Taq DNA polymerase combined with an optimized buffer system, enabling precise quantification of target genes across a wide dynamic range while delivering excellent repeatability and reliable Real-Time PCR analysis. The reagent incorporates a dUTP/Heat-labile UDG contamination prevention system that becomes active at room temperature, effectively eliminating carryover from amplicons and ensuring highly accurate results. This product comes as a 2X pre-mix, meaning you only need to add primers, probes, and your template before use—making it incredibly convenient to handle. Additionally, it’s fully compatible with fast cycling protocols, significantly reducing assay turnaround time.

Experimental Case

Excellent amplification sensitivity, outstanding amplification linearity

To test the performance of uTaq 2X Premix U+ for Probe qPCR, six 10-fold serial dilutions were prepared using African swine fever virus DNA as the template, and then analyzed.

The results show that under the same reaction system conditions, 5 When performing the assay, the uTaq 2X Premix U+ for Probe qPCR still reliably detected results, with fluorescence intensities remaining robust (Figure 1A). Additionally, the resulting standard curve closely mirrored the ideal profile (Figure 1B).

Superior stability

To test the effectiveness of uTaq 2X Premix U+ for Probe qPCR in preventing amplicon contamination, uTaq 2X Premix U+ for Probe qPCR was pre-treated with UDG inactivation before being used with a contaminating template (10 ⁵ And 10 ⁴ (Copy) Comparative qPCR amplification analysis revealed that uTaq 2X Premix U+ for Probe qPCR effectively prevents the amplification of contaminating templates (Figure 2).
