This product is a specialized pre-mix designed for qPCR detection using the probe method. It contains antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system, enabling precise quantification of target genes across a wide dynamic range with excellent reproducibility—and delivering highly reliable Real-Time PCR analysis.

The pre-made 2X Premix Mix for qPCR reactions only requires the addition of primers, probes, and template for amplification, minimizing pipetting steps and offering convenient usability. This approach enhances both assay throughput and result reproducibility, while also being compatible with rapid protocols to significantly reduce detection time.

Experimental Case

To test the performance of the uTaq 2X Premix for Probe qPCR, seven 10-fold serial dilutions were prepared using African swine fever virus DNA as the template, and then analyzed.

The results show that even at 5 copies, the uTaq 2X Premix for Probe qPCR (Q0001A) still yields detectable signals, with fluorescence values remaining consistently high (Figure 1).

Storage

Store at -20°C for long-term preservation. Once thawed, keep at 4°C and use within 6 months.
