The GeniuScript III Select RT Kit for qPCR is a primer-selective reverse transcription kit developed based on the GeniuScript III RT Kit for qPCR, designed specifically for two-step RT-qPCR assays. Thanks to the use of GeniuScript III Reverse Transcriptase—enzyme that delivers excellent performance across a wide temperature range of 37–55°C—the reagent boasts enhanced extension capabilities, allowing it to tolerate higher reaction temperatures. This makes it particularly well-suited for RNA templates with complex secondary structures. The kit includes all the essential components required for reverse transcription, along with separately provided cDNA synthesis primers: Oligo(dT) and Random 6. Users can flexibly choose the appropriate cDNA synthesis primer depending on their experimental materials. This product enables rapid and efficient cDNA synthesis, yielding high-quality cDNA that can be directly used in subsequent dye-based or probe-based qPCR assays, ensuring highly reliable quantitative analysis. It’s also ideal for multiplex qPCR reactions, offering outstanding assay reproducibility, robust fluorescence signals, and exceptional detection sensitivity.
